My social media work in Douala
Since March 2026 I have been the social media coordinator of Humanis Assurances, an insurance broker on Rue Joffre in Akwa. Insurance is hard to post about, so the posts start from real situations (a worker injured on a building site, a market seller who can no longer work, a house at risk from an overloaded socket) and give prices and guarantees in short checklists.
Since 2022 I have designed the Facebook and Instagram posts of Ezone Electronics, whose showrooms are in Akwa and Yaoundé: lifestyle posts, product features, price promotions such as the Africa Cup of Nations offer on TVs, and a catalogue flyer that also works on WhatsApp. Every post carries both addresses and the phone number, so a customer knows where to go without opening the page.
I work with Douala companies at a distance from Yaoundé. We agree on the calendar each month, you approve the posts before they go out, and I publish them on schedule and follow up on your community.
